Terms of Service

AI Video Detector provides a technical review for AI-generated and deepfake video signals. Results can include verdict, AI-likelihood score, confidence, evidence frames, reason codes, and shareable links.

The Service is intended to support human review. It is not a legal, forensic, law enforcement, or professional verification service.

Results may include false positives, false negatives, or uncertain findings. A result does not prove that a video is real or fake.

You are responsible for considering source checks, context, metadata, human review, and applicable laws before making decisions based on a scan.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, submit, analyze, or share a video. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and third-party platform terms.

You may not use the Service to harm, harass, defame, impersonate, exploit, or violate the rights of others.

You may not upload or analyze child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, private videos you do not have authority to process, infringing content, or content connected to fraud, harassment, hate, violence, or illegal activity.

You may not use the Service to create, improve, evade detection of, or distribute harmful deepfakes or deceptive media.

Uploaded videos and generated results are stored temporarily to provide the Service. Free uploads and evidence frames are deleted within 24 hours. Pro uploads and evidence frames are retained for 7 days by default.

We may delete uploads, extracted frames, reports, or scan data after the retention period, upon user request, or when required for security or policy enforcement.

Starter plans are $9.99/month or $79/year. Pro plans are $19.99/month or $159/year. Top-up credits start at $6.99 for 20 credits. Credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

New subscriptions may be eligible for a 7-day refund window from the subscription date. The refund amount is calculated as (remaining credits / total credits) x original price. Used credits and completed scans are non-refundable.

Approved refunds cancel the subscription and zero out remaining credits. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider. Top-up purchases are non-refundable. Renewals are not covered by the 7-day window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, in which case you may bring claims in your local courts.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

If you believe that content on the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to the email below including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement of good-faith belief; and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the affected user.
