Content Policy

You may use the Service only for lawful, responsible video authenticity checking.

You may only upload or submit videos that you own, are authorized to analyze, or otherwise have a lawful basis to process.

You may not upload or submit:

child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors;

non-consensual intimate imagery;

private, hidden-camera, or doxxing material without authority;

content used for harassment, extortion, blackmail, stalking, or intimidation;

content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights;

malware, exploit files, or deceptive payloads disguised as video;

content that violates applicable law or third-party platform terms.

You may not use the Service to:

create, improve, test, or evade detection of harmful deepfakes;

impersonate people or facilitate fraud;

make final legal, employment, credit, insurance, housing, immigration, or law enforcement decisions;

scrape or process videos at abusive scale;

bypass paywalls, login walls, platform limits, or access controls;

overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service.

We may reject scans, remove content, suspend accounts, limit usage, preserve limited logs for security, or report unlawful content where required or appropriate.

Violations may result in: immediate scan rejection without refund; temporary or permanent account suspension; forfeiture of remaining credits; deletion of uploaded content and scan results; and reporting to law enforcement where required by law.

We may preserve relevant data (including uploaded videos, scan metadata, and account information) when required for legal compliance, security investigations, or enforcement of these policies.

Repeated violations, even after warnings, may result in permanent removal from the Service without refund.
