Processing times
Typical scan processing time is 15–60 seconds depending on video length, resolution, and current queue depth. Longer or higher-resolution videos may take more time. If your scan has been processing for more than 3 minutes, it may have encountered an issue — please try again or contact support.

How we handle incidents
- If a detection provider experiences downtime, scans may return partial results or use an alternative provider when available.
- Infrastructure issues (Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2) are monitored and addressed as they occur.
- Significant incidents are noted in the Changelog.
- If you experience a failed scan, wait a few minutes and try again. If the issue persists, contact support@aivideodetector.dev.
