Yes. The Free plan requires no payment information. You get 3 scans per day and up to 15 scans per month at no cost.
You can purchase Top-up credits starting at $6.99 for 20 additional scans. Top-up credits do not expire. Alternatively, your monthly credits will reset on your next billing date.
Starter ($9.99/month) includes 50 scan credits/month with uploads up to 200MB and 10 minutes, and 24-hour evidence retention. Pro ($19.99/month) includes 120 scan credits/month with uploads up to 500MB and 30 minutes, social platform URL parsing (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram), evidence frame downloads, PDF report exports, 7-day scan history and 7-day evidence retention, and priority email support. Both plans support Top-up credit purchases.
Yes. Top-up credits are available for all plans including Free. You can purchase additional scan credits starting at $6.99 for 20 credits without upgrading to a paid subscription.
Pro supports public video page URL scanning from YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. The scanner downloads the accessible video and analyzes it under the same detection pipeline as uploaded files. For the strongest evidence, upload the original video file when you have rights to submit it.
No. Monthly subscription credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits remain available as long as your subscription is active.
Yes. You pay a one-time price difference and receive the additional credits immediately. Your billing date stays the same. For example, upgrading from Starter to Pro with 40 credits remaining gives you 40 + 70 = 110 available credits.
Top-up credits are additional scans you can buy at any time without changing your plan. They are available for all plans including Free and are used after your monthly credits run out.
Yes. You can cancel at any time. Your plan features and remaining credits stay active until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, unused monthly credits are cleared but previously purchased Top-up credits are retained.
New subscriptions are eligible for a 7-day refund window. The refund amount is calculated based on remaining credits. Used credits are non-refundable.
